A problem with the power supply
One of the most common reasons is an unstable power supply. This may be due to a faulty socket. To do this, try plugging your steam generator into a different socket to remove this option. The power cable may also be damaged. Check the power cord for identify the cuts or damaged areas. If it is in poor condition, it will need to be replaced.
The on/off button is damaged
Most steam generators are equipped with a on/off switch. It may be that, over time, this causes loose connections or no longer engages at all. A faulty on/off switch can also cause the machine to shut down unexpectedly because it can no longer maintain a proper electrical connection. Test the switch and replace it if necessary.
